Kefi Capital is a real estate investing firm that strives to provide immaculate returns for our Investors and a comfortable living experience for our Tenants. Kefi means “the spirit of joy”, which is no coincidence to our name. We that believe financial freedom is the key to joy, and our core mission is to help create that freedom for you through passive investing. We actively work on maintaining and managing our properties effectively, while you watch your money grow without lifting a finger.

Adam Vincent Morneau

Adam Morneau is the founder of Kefi Capital.

Adam brings an unmatched perspective to our multifamily real estate investment ventures with a robust background in Hospitality Management and a strong expertise in strategic analysis. Adam's portfolio is notable, with direct involvement in processing and underwriting 100+ deals, he has consistently demonstrated his ability to identify underperforming assets and convert them into profitable ventures.

Through this, Adam showcases his vast experience and keen eye in analyzing financial documents to develop business plans that not only achieve their goals but also yield high returns. At the heart of Adam's approach is collaboration. By working closely with a dedicated team of professionals, he champions the use of collective expertise to make informed, strategic decisions. This collaborative ethos has been crucial in cultivating a robust and diversified real estate portfolio.

During his free time, Adam enjoys hanging out with family and friends, planning trips to explore the world’s diverse cultures, being outside in nature as much as possible, and having anything to do with food! His two favorite foods are sushi and anything that has spice. He will take in spicy food challenges whenever the offer arises. He also enjoys meeting new people and making friends!

The term isn’t directly translatable to English because it is more of a feeling, or spirit, than something tangible. It is the “spirit of joy”, the “process of finding happiness and letting that shape your experiences”, the reason behind the breaking of plates in Greek culture. It is the overwhelming feeling you get when truly experiencing happiness. Despite the vast differences throughout the human race, we love this ideal at Kefi Capital because it is the one thing we all have in common. The way of Kefi is seeing the value in experiencing true freedom, regardless of circumstance. Our goal is to provide that value to you.

Todd is a Co-Founder and COO of Multifamily Mindset. This company provides essential education and support for entrepreneurs with the knowledge and skills to acquire their properties. Todd is a partner in over 2,000 apartment units with over $200 million in assets under management.
